TicketRelief handles the intake and introduction. It organizes the notice, shows professional options when matching is available, and lets the client decide whether to share. It is not a law firm and does not run the legal matter.
The basic flow
- Client uploads a ticket.
- TicketRelief extracts and organizes the ticket information.
- The client reviews the original notice and corrects missing details where needed.
- Eligible professionals may express interest when matching is available.
- The client selects the professional they want to contact.
- The client explicitly authorizes TicketRelief to share the listed intake details.
- The professional receives the client-authorized intake summary and handles any legal work independently.
The platform boundary
After information is released, the professional decides whether they can assist, runs their own conflict process, and discusses fees or a retainer directly with the client. Any legal advice and representation happen outside TicketRelief.
