This Disclaimer covers product-specific risks unique to how TicketRelief works: what our AI tools can and cannot do, what our lawyer profiles do and do not guarantee, and what it means to rely on this Platform for a traffic-ticket intake or matching request. It supplements our Terms of Service (which governs your contract with us, fees, liability, and your rights as a user) and our Privacy Policy (which covers how we handle your personal information).

1. Nothing on This Platform Is Legal Advice

Traffic matters are fact-specific. No automated tool or informational resource on this Platform can determine your legal position, recommend a response, or account for all of the relevant circumstances.

2. Accuracy of AI and Automated Features

The Platform uses automated tools, including optical character recognition (OCR) and AI-assisted parsing, to read and extract information from uploaded ticket images and PDFs. These tools have real limitations you should be aware of:

• OCR may misread characters, especially on handwritten, faxed, faded, or low-resolution ticket images;
• The charge, date, location, or other extracted field may be incomplete or incorrect;
• A ticket may not be suitable for TicketRelief intake or professional matching;
• The issuing office may have instructions or records that differ from what appears in an automated intake summary.

3. No Guarantee of Lawyer Acceptance or Legal Outcomes

TicketRelief does not guarantee that any Participating Professional will review, respond to, accept, or take on your ticket. Lawyers and paralegals independently decide whether to accept work based on their availability, practice focus, conflicts of interest, and professional judgment.

TicketRelief makes no representations or warranties about the likely outcome of any traffic ticket, the quality of legal services provided by any Participating Professional, or whether any particular professional is right for your situation. Traffic law outcomes depend on factors beyond anyone's control, and no lawyer or paralegal can ethically guarantee a specific result.

4. Lawyer and Paralegal Profiles

Profile information displayed on the Platform, including names, firms, practice areas, regions, years of experience, languages, and fee ranges, is provided by those professionals directly. TicketRelief records the evidence from its latest review, including the LSO registration number, practising status, credential type, jurisdiction, and review date. A profile is shown as current only while that recorded review remains current. This process does not guarantee that a status will never change or replace your own directory check. TicketRelief does not endorse any Participating Professional or make any representation about their competence, success rates, or suitability for your ticket.

A professional who receives client information remains responsible for their own conflict process, client identification and verification obligations, engagement terms, legal advice, and record keeping. TicketRelief's intake checks do not replace those duties.

Before retaining any lawyer or paralegal, independently verify their current LSO licence status and standing through the Law Society of Ontario's public directory.

5. Reliance on This Platform

You use the Platform and rely on any content, analysis, or matching it provides at your own risk. TicketRelief expressly disclaims liability for your reliance on Platform content, automated analysis, demerit point estimates, legal outcome guidance, or Participating Professional communications, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The full limitation of liability is set out in our Terms of Service.
